Here at The Glenridge, we’re continually evolving to provide more opportunities for our members – and with construction underway on renovations, state-of-the-art facilities, brand-new residences and much more, there’s a lot to look forward to.
At our Northside Neighborhood expansion, Club Homes and Villas are going vertical, and roof trusses are on their way up. Once complete, the residences will feature open-concept floor plans with a selection of stylish finishing packages, enhanced security features, and smart home technology available.
Like the rest of our 150-acre campus, Northside will be surrounded by nature – with new lakes, new wildlife preserves and lush greenery, along with walking and biking trails. Plus, with residences offering covered lanais and outdoor patios, members will be able to enjoy Florida’s beauty from the comfort of home.
A little further on the horizon – but just as eagerly anticipated – is our Kamberg Wellness Center. Inspired by the philanthropy of member Tina Kamberg, this $4.5 million-dollar, full-service wellness pavilion will embrace the Six Keys to Living Well philosophy with services geared toward holistic well-being.
After years of planning, that vision is starting to take shape. As our design team is hard at work planning the furnishing and styling of the interior, our ground crew has finished pouring the concrete footers for the Center.
