- Annual Wellness visits and Routine Physical Exams
- Sick Visits (cold, flu, ear infections, UTIs, sinus infections, and more)
- Onsite Care for Minor Illnesses and Injuries
- Basic Testing, including EKGs, Blood Draws, Blood Sugar Testing, and other in-office tests
- Annual Vaccines and Immunizations
- Wound Care (cuts, skin tears, and dressing changes)
- Ongoing Care for Chronic Conditions (diabetes, high blood pressure,high cholesterol, etc.)
- Advance Care Planning (living wills and healthcare decisions)
- Medication Reviews and Answers to Your Health Questions
