If I am hired by The Glenridge on Palmer Ranch, and if The Glenridge discovers at any time during my employment that any of the statements or answers on this application are false, misleading, or incomplete, I may be disqualified as an applicant or terminated immediately from my employment.
I understand that if extended an offer, my employment will be contingent upon the results of a complete background investigation (Level 2 screening through Agency for Healthcare Administration)on me, including but not limited to, obtaining consumer and other related reports. In consideration of my employment with The Glenridge, I agree to abide by all of policies and procedures of The Glenridge . I understand that nothing in this employment application creates a contract of employment between me and The Glenridge. If I am hired by The Glenridge, my employment is "at will", which means that my employment can be terminated at any time, either by The Glenridge or me, with or without cause, and with or without notice. I understand that no manager or supervisor has the authority to make any employment agreement with me, either orally or in writing, that changes at-will employment. Only the CEO of The Glenridge has the authority to enter into an employment agreement for any specified period of time, and any such agreement must be in writing.
