| Steve StottlemyerChairmanSteve Stottlemyer moved to Sarasota in 1950 and is a graduate of the University of Florida and Stetson University School of Law. He practiced law in Sarasota until 1974 when he relocated to Highlands, North Carolina.Returning in 1985, Steve and his wife Terry have been in the gasoline/convenient store business for the past 14 years and are now the owners and operators of Fruitville Texaco. He is an active member of the St. Thomas Moore parish in Sarasota. |

| Robert E. Windom, M.D.Vice-ChairmanDr. Windom practiced internal medicine and cardiology for 26 years in Sarasota before serving as the Assistant Secretary for Health at the Department of Health and Human Services in Washington, D.C. from 1986 until 1989.Since that time, he has served as a health care consultant on both a domestic and international basis, as well as a clinical professor in the Department of Internal Medicine and the School of Public Health at the University of South Florida, writing more than 30 scholarly papers and articles.
Dr. Windom also serves on the board of numerous organizations including: the Sarasota Military Academy, the Sarasota Tiger Bay Club and the Samaritan Counseling Services of the Gulf Coast, among others. |

| Marvin GrossTreasurerMarvin Gross established Marvin’s Gardens and Landscape Services, Inc., in Sarasota in 1961 and serves as its President. By gubernatorial appointment, Mr. Gross chaired the ad hoc committee to revise the Florida Grades and Standards for nursery stock.He was a member of the design assistance team for the City of Sarasota and served as a member of the planning and zoning board. He has consulted with several government departments and was Agricultural Chairman for the Sarasota Community Goals Council.
In the past decade, Gross has served as a volunteer consultant to the Egyptian government and private businesses and is associated with the Jewish Temple Emmanuel. |

| Virginia “Ginger” JudgeSecretaryGinger Judge and her husband Dan moved to Sarasota in 1964 to establish a manufacturing operation at Sarasota-Bradenton Airport for Honeycomb Company of America, Inc.Since then Ginger has been actively involved in the corporation serving as office manager, purchasing agent, contracts administrator, Senior Vice President and since February 2005 as the President/CEO following the passing of Dan Gordon Judge, Jr. She also serves on the Board of Directors of The Easter Seal Society, after twice being Chairman/President of the local society as well as serving on the National Easter Seal Board of Directors.
Judge also established and served as Founding President of the Happiness House Easter Seal Foundation in 1996 – 1998. In 1991 she was elected as a Charter Inductee of the Easter Seal Hall of Fame locally. She has been recognized by Easter Seals for over 27 years of dedication. |

Don AlbertsonMr. Don L. Albertson joined The Glenridge on Palmer Ranch Board of Directors in April, 2001. His health-care/retirement experience started as a project director for the National Institute of Health in a study of Multiple Sclerosis. In 1990 Mr.Albertson completed 25 years of hospital administration serving as Vice President of Corporate Development at Abbott-Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis. In 1992 Mr. Albertson was elected to the Board of Sarasota Memorial Hospital with some 82,000 votes. He has been elected three times and is serving a current term. |

| Donald O. FeathermanMr. Featherman was born and raised in Pennsylvania graduating from Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Featherman moved to Sarasota in 1964 and joined Scott Sign Systems, Inc. where he held many positions including President, until the company’s sale in 1998.He retired at that time and is busy with his many activities and travel with his wife of 49 years, Susan. They have two children with families; son Scott, a Pediatrician practicing in Sarasota and daughter, Amy, Director of Marketing at the Virginia Military Institute.Mr. Featherman’s civic and community involvements have included serving on the boards of The Sarasota County Boys and Girls Club Foundation, Ringling School of Art and Design, Enterprise National Bank of Sarasota, Church of The Palms, The Field Club and Mote Marine Laboratory Advisory Council. He enjoys tennis, fishing, skiing, hunting, cooking and flying. |

| Claudia George Claudia George received her Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from the University of Florida and her Master of Business Administration degree from the University of South Florida. She holds a CPA Certificate and is the owner of Claudia K. George & Company, Certified Public Accountants.Her involvement with professional and volunteer organizations includes serving as President of the Florida Institute of CPAs Gulf Coast Chapter, Treasurer of the Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce, Treasurer of the Children’s Guardian Fund, President of the Sarasota County Civic League, Elder of Pine Shores Presbyterian Church, and Trustee for Peace River Presbytery.In 1973, Claudia and her husband Gene moved to Sarasota where she has also enjoyed serving on several county advisory committees by appointment of the Sarasota County Commission. |

| Herb Jones was born and raised in Kentucky, educated at The University of Kentucky and The University of Cincinnati, majoring in business. He was part owner, Chairman, and CEO of a major transportation, merchandising and grain company in St. Louis, Mo. He sold the company and came to Sarasota with his wife, Ruth in 1993. His son, daughter and grandkids live in Sarasota.After retiring in 1993, Mr. Jones has started two new businesses in southwest Florida with his son Mark. He has served on many national boards and currently serves as Vice-Chairman of Sarasota Military Academy. He has served many terms on The Board of Sarasota Keys Rotary Club and The Foundation as President. He is a past serving Elder at Church of The Palms and Treasurer of their Foundation. He is a member of The Tournament Players Club. |
